New Registration System

This season brings a new registration system for all OWHA teams. RAMP is replacing IVRNet.

  • All participants/families must register and create an account unless they have an account with RAMP through another sports organization such as Ontario Ringette.  Once a participant is registered, it will internally search and match to any imported profile with the registration history.
  • The fee listed may change. A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required when registering. Please ONLY pay the deposit.
  • In order to change the amount, please select E-TRANSFER as your initial payment and finish your registration. Then go to 'TRANSACTIONS' and 'PAY OUTSTANDING BALANCE'. You can change the amount then in order to pay with a credit card. Or you can send an e-transfer for $150.
  • There is a 3% fee to use your credit card. The league is no longer covering this cost. This is listed as "administration fee" in the registration.
  • E-transfers to: PLEASE include the player name
  • If you are registering a HOUSE LEAGUE goalie – please choose that specific registration when prompted – otherwise you will be registering as a player and not a goalie. This is for U11 – U22 only. This is not for goalies intending to play REP.
  • If you are registering a NEW U9 or U11 player (never played in our HL before), please choose that specific registration as there may be a reduced price. This is for new House League players only.
  • If you are registering for the first time with our league - please upload a copy of the player's birth certificate.
  • U9 – Novice; U11 – Atom; U13 – Peewee; U15 – Bantam; U18 – Midget; U22 – Intermediate
  • Players registering for hockey this season, recognize that this is not a traditional season.  Programming being offered by the CGHA is in accordance with the OWHA's "Return to Hockey - Stage 3 Modified Programming - August 19th, 2020".  The opportunity for further program modifications may present themselves at a later date based on direction provided by the OWHA.

  • A player who registers with the OWHA is not eligible for registration or participation in other minor or junior hockey (ie. OMHA, GTHL, Alliance)

As this is a new system, there are going to "glitches". This is new to everyone, so please be patient as we work through any issues we may have. Emails might not be answered as quickly if we experience issues.

Registration Fees

Notice to Intermediate Aged HL Players

Please Note: In the past, our Intermediate players have been placed with Midget-aged players and the teams were rostered as Intermediate teams. This meant that if the team wanted to enter a tournament they needed to enter in the Intermediate division even though the majority of players were Midget. This year, Intermediate-aged players will be able to play in House League games only and will not be able to enter tournaments as the teams will be rostered as Midget with the OWHA. If there are enough Intermediate-aged players who wish to play in a tournament, it is a possibility that they could all play in a tournament together.

Since there is no late fee for Intermediate-aged players, please realize that you may be wait-listed if registering late.

This is unfortunate, however there are fewer than a dozen Intermediate-aged players in our league and over 100 Midget-aged players.
